Administrator / Operation Manager (Advanced English, Foreign Government, Trade - Investment)

Commission of Trade and Investment of Foreign Government is looking to hire a professional to support the Commissioner in the operational functions management for the office within the business, cultural and legal environment in Chile, Brazil and the U.S.

Main functions:

1. Assist the commissioner in financial management, budget, and resources in general.
2. Work closely with head office in to manage the offices budget in Chile and review of financial reports.
3. Manage the day to day office, coordinating resources to support the business.
4. Provide support for economic and business implementations to Chile, Brazil and the U.S.
5. Coordinate activities and events with entrepreneurs, and / or senior government executives and private (meetings, catering, logistics, etc.).

Requirements:

• Advanced English and Spanish (EXCLUDING )
• Professional or technical studies, with financial expertise (Commercial Engineer, Business Administrator, or similar)
• Minimum one year of work experience.
• Knowledge in finance and management.
